The Greek philosopher Epictetus observed ‘We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.” Why then do so many of us act as if we had two mouths and no ears?
Why is it so hard to truly hear what others are saying?
Why do we often feel so misunderstood?
The research has been done. There are answers to those questions and I have the knowledge to help those who struggle feeling truly connected.
I work with leaders one on one and with groups to teach people how to consistently:
· Speak in a way so people will really listen.
· Listen in a way so people will really share.
· Resolve differences peacefully.
